Strict compliance with safety operation procedures is mandatory when using the rolling shutter forming machine. At least two operators must be present during operation.
The machine must be equipped with leakage protection and overload protection. Power cables should be properly insulated and kept in good condition.
After installation, perform a comprehensive check on all components including the main machine, reels, and electrical system.
Adjust the length and tension of all shutter cords to ensure the shutter rolls up evenly.The main power switch should be installed in a visible and easily accessible location and must be weatherproofed. Unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.
Operators must wear appropriate work attire and non-slip footwear. Clothing must be fastened properly. Loose-fitting garments are not allowed.Female operators must wear work caps, and hair must be completely tucked in.
Operating the machine under the influence of alcohol or by minors is strictly prohibited. During operation, operators must stay in designated safe zones.
No personnel are allowed near the reel area, main machine, support frames, or rear walls of greenhouses while the machine is running.Wet or overly heavy curtains should not be processed.
If any malfunction or abnormality occurs during operation, immediately shut down the machine and disconnect the power before performing any adjustments or troubleshooting. Never attempt maintenance or adjustments while the machine is running.
After powering on the machine, operators must not leave their workstation while it is in operation. Once curtain winding operations are complete, disconnect the main switch to prevent accidental activation and potential injury.
Under wet or slippery conditions (such as rain, snow, fog, or ice), it is strictly forbidden to climb onto the roof without proper safety measures to perform maintenance or adjustments, to prevent falls and injuries.
The use of unqualified, self-made, or modified equipment (especially those made by unauthorized manufacturers) is strictly prohibited.
