As a leading manufacturer of advanced roll forming systems, we engineer custom laser welding profile roll forming machines that merge precision forming and laser welding into one seamless operation. Our integrated laser welding roll formers transform metal coil into closed-section profiles, structural tubes, and complex welded assemblies with unmatched accuracy and repeatability — all on a single production line.
Applications:
HVAC/R Ducting: Air-tight spiral ducts & custom fittings
Automotive: Structural reinforcements, seat frames, battery enclosures
Building Systems: Seamless curtain wall mullions, solar racking
Tube & Pipe: Closed-section profiles for furniture, machinery

For closed profiles, it has the following types of joint:
1)Seam joint:
Advantage: No need welding. Machine cost low, Speed fast. Clean than welding
Disadvantage: Less stronger, not suitable for heavy duty use

2)TIG welding:
Advantage: Machine cost lower than laser welding
Disadvantage: Machine working speed is very slow. Has black line after welding

3)Laser welding:
Advantage: Speed fast. No black line after welding
Disadvantage: Laser welding machine cost high

Standard machines force you to adapt your product to the equipment. Custom roll formers are engineered around your specific profile, material, and production goals. This eliminates design compromises, optimizes material yield, boosts throughput, and ensures long-term ROI for unique or high-precision applications.
We design machines for:
Asymmetrical profiles
Tight radii / multi-plane bends
Closed sections (e.g., tubular shapes)
Ultra-narrow or wide profiles (5mm to 1,200mm+)
High-strength materials (e.g., AHSS, aluminum alloys)
No geometry is too challenging—share your CAD file for a feasibility assessment.
Absolutely. We build machines with modular stations for:
In-line punching, notching, or embossing
Laser welding or seam sealing
Servo cutting (flying cut-off)
Automated stacking or coiling
All synchronized via unified PLC controls.
Our Quick-Change™ systems enable changeovers in under 10 minutes via:
Cartridge-style roll cassettes
Tool-less adjustments
Pre-set profile memory (HMI interface)
