Our Steel Silo Roll Forming Machine is a high-precision, automated production line designed to manufacture corrugated steel panels for grain silos, storage tanks, and industrial bulk containers. The machine forms continuous galvanized steel coils into uniform, high-strength silo wall panels with excellent weather resistance, durability, and structural integrity.

Galvanized steel (SGCC/DX51D) is most common due to corrosion resistance. For harsh environments, stainless steel (304/316) or aluzinc-coated steel is recommended.
We have two types of machine: one is to make the forming, punching , bending and cutting in one line. The other type is to make the bending separately. The customer can choose the suitable solution according to their requirement.
Standard machines handle 0.4mm–1.2mm. For thicker steel (up to 2.0mm), we provide heavy-duty models.
