And adjust the sizes automatically. The customer just need set the width and height size on the controller, the machine will change the sizes automatically. The line includes decoiler, leveler, servo feeder and pressing machine, hydraulic cutting device, roll forming, out table and controller.

Uncoiler: Loading the steel coil
Leveling : Leveling the sheet flat before entering pressing machine
Servo feeder and pressing machine: Punch the holes on the sheet before forming.
Hydraulic cutting: Cut off the sheet before forming.
Profiling Roll Forming Machine: For precise profile forming.
Adjusting device: For final cable tray straight adjusting.
Stacking Table: Stacking the finished cable tray.
